I love a pretty barn and bridge. I had to share some that I have seen.

Spent a couple of days at Oconee State Park looking for this years falls colors. Haven’t seen a lot of them but I sure had fun looking and trying new things.

Since it is the beginning of the Fall season, I wanted to share some scenes of the past years while waiting for this years colors.

We made a visit to the Carolina Raptor Center in Charlotte N.C. Saturday morning. Twice a year they have a photography weekend and we have been fortunate enough to attend it two times now.  They take birds of prey that have been injured and unable to survive in the wild and nurse them back to health.  These are just a few of the beautiful birds we saw.

Stan and I went to the Blue Ridge Parkway for a couple of days. We were snowed on, rained on,  35 mph winds, temps that stayed around 30-40 degrees and hiked at least  5 to 8 miles a day. What a great time we had.  Hope you enjoy some of the sights we saw.

Discovered a new waterfall today in Rosman, NC. Stan shot the waterfall and I shot the rock art.
